Job Description

Job Summary:

The People & Operations HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions while ensuring efficient business operations. This role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and operational excellence to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & People Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and workplace satisfaction
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and career development plans

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans
  • Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives

3. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain HR policies and update them as needed

4. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities
  • Improve internal processes for efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation structures, and benefits
  • Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance)
  • Prepare reports for management decision-making

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and operations management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
