We are currently seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support executive management in daily administrative and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative and personal support to senior management, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Candidates should be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
Maintain filing systems and confidential records
Assist with office administration and daily operations
Follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of management
Perform other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field
1–3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
