Product Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a Product Manager who can help shape and improve the MNR platform. This role focuses on driving product improvements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the product continues to evolve based on user behavior and insights. You will work directly with the founder and engineering team to identify opportunities, define features, and ensure product improvements are delivered effectively.

MNR is a gamified social networking platform where users earn points through engagement and challenges that can be redeemed for cash or airtime. The platform blends social interaction, gaming mechanics, and rewards to create a highly engaging experience for African youth. Our long-term vision is to evolve MNR into a broader super-app that connects social engagement, reviews, and digital commerce.

• Strong product thinking with the ability to identify problems and translate ideas into clear product features
• Ability to define product requirements, user flows, and feature specifications
• Experience working with engineering teams to build and launch digital product features
• Ability to prioritize features and manage a product backlog effectively
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret product data and user behavior
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve the user experience
• Ability to monitor product performance and translate insights into product improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate quickly
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market and consumer behavior is a plus
