Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an energetic and customer - focused Sales & Customer Success Executive to convert enquiries into sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, nurturing leads, and driving revenue through consultative selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries across digital communication channels.
  • Convert leads into completed sales through effective relationship management.
  • Conduct follow - up engagements with prospective customers and abandoned leads.
  • Educate customers on product benefits and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Upsell complementary products and services to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 – 3 years' experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or social commerce.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and communication tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
