Job Summary
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, boost user engagement, and amplify brand awareness within the fast-paced sports betting industry. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft compelling narratives that resonate with passionate fans, leveraging trends to position our brand as a leader in gaming excitement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overarching marketing objectives to drive growth and retention.
  • Create, curate, and publish high-impact content across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube, tailored to sports betting enthusiasts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or platform-native insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage paid promotions, influencer collaborations, and interactive community events to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, and user feedback promptly and professionally, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social trends, betting culture shifts, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to innovate content strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, product, and content teams to ensure seamless brand consistency, cohesive messaging, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally in sports betting, gaming, entertainment, or high-engagement digital sectors.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of major social platforms, algorithm changes, viral trends, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on content creation skills, including copywriting, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva/Photoshop), and short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut/Premiere Rush).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social), analytics platforms, and ad managers for data-informed decisions.
