Architect - Head Technical Sales & Operations (HTS0126)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a commercially astute Head Technical Sales & Operations to join the Build-Cart team. This is a dual-impact role: you will drive revenue by providing expert technical guidance to our clients (B2B and B2C) while simultaneously overseeing the operational workflows that ensure a f lawless delivery and installation process. You will be the bridge between our customers’ visions and our technical reality

Reports to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales & Business Development

• . Act as the primary technical point of contact for complex enquiries regarding bathroom, kitchen, and furniture systems
• . Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide accurate quotations
• . Identify and nurture relationships with builders, interior designers, and property developers to secure contract sales.
• . Deliver technical demonstrations of our product range, highlighting innovation in sustainable technology.

Design, Operations & Delivery Oversight:

• . Provide detailed technical designs for kitchens, wardrobes, and bathrooms, ensuring all client requirements and building standards are met.
• . Lead the "Order-to-Delivery" cycle, ensuring all technical specifications are executed accurately and delivered to the highest standards
• . Oversee supply chain coordination to ensure fixtures and fittings are in stock to meet project deadlines.
• . Lead the "Post-Sales" process, including coordinating installations and resolving any technical on-site issues.
• . Implement and refine SOPs to improve order accuracy and reduce lead times.

Leadership, Collaboration & Financial Management:

• . Work closely with the S&M Manager, Head of Furniture Production and other technicians to align bespoke orders with workshop capacity.
• . Support pricing strategies, cost estimation, and margin optimisation.
• . Lead, mentor, and develop technical staff to foster a service-oriented culture dedicated to delivering superior customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• . Bachelor’s degree/HND in Architecture or a related field.
• . Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design, technical sales and operations
• . Strong background in M&E, Joinery, or Plumbing/HVAC systems within the home interiors sector skills
• . Proficiency in modern CAD systems (SketchUp, Winner Flex, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, etc.)
