Job Responsibilities:

• . Monitor real-time GPS tracking systems across all active routes; flag and investigate
• . Coordinate daily driver dispatches, ensure precise trip scheduling, and manage terminal logbooks.
• . Audit fuel efficiency metrics for each vehicle and run weekly compliance checks on fuel card usages.
• . Manage compliance documents, ensuring all fleet assets possess active LASDRI permits, hackney permits, . comprehensive insurance, and roadworthiness certificates.
• . Interface directly with corporate clients regarding vehicle replacement requests or lease logistics.

Job Requirements:

• . B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, or a related field.
• . 3-5 years of verifiable experience in managing large commercial or corporate fleets in Nigeria.
• . Advanced proficiency in using Fleet Management Software.
• . Strong crisis-management skills to handle highway emergencies or breakdowns.
