Key Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and explain company policies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle HR documentation, including contracts, employee files, and policy documents.
Ensure all employee records are accurate and confidential.
Help coordinate training programs and workshops.
Track employee training attendance and development records.
Assist in preparing training materials and schedules.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•1–2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll support, or recruitment assistance.
•Basic knowledge of Nigerian payroll regulations and statutory deductions (PAYE, pension, etc.).
•Familiarity with recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing methods.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
•Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
