Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with strong experience in the FMCG or manufacturing sector, capable of driving people strategy, organisational structure, and HR excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations across all business units and functions.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies for operational, technical, and support roles.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
• Oversee industrial relations and stakeholder engagement where applicable.
• Develop and implement workforce planning and manpower optimisation strategies.
• Enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards across the organisation.
• Partner with departmental heads and leadership teams to align HR practices with business goals.
• Oversee performance management frameworks and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Manage HR records, audits, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance obligations.
• Lead learning & development initiatives and drive succession planning across key functions.
 

Requirements

Requirements:
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong FMCG or manufacturing sector exposure.
• Proven track record managing HR operations across mid-to-large employee populations.
• Solid knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume business environment.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
