UI/UX Designer (UID0126)

About the Role

• We are a growing company building multiple digital products, including:
• A construction & project management platform (in development)
• A guided mental health & self-development app (in development)
• We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help us design clean, intuitive, and engaging user experiences across both products.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive mobile and web interfaces (iOS, Android, and web)
• Create user flows and experiences for:
• Dashboards & data-heavy platforms
• Guided user journeys & engagement flows
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
• Improve usability, clarity, and overall user experience
• Collaborate with product and development teams
• Work remotely but attend weekly in-person meetings in Abuja

What We’re Looking For

• Must be currently based in Abuja (non-negotiable due to weekly meetings)
• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio (web and/or mobile apps)
• Proficiency in:
• Figma (required)
• Ability to design for both:
• Functional/data-driven platforms
• Clean, user-friendly consumer apps
• Understanding of user behavior and product thinking

Experience with:

• SaaS dashboards or construction/real estate platforms
• Wellness, health, or EdTech apps
• Basic understanding of designing for user engagement and retention
