Job Description
Responsibilities
* Drive sales activity through business development efforts with companies or individuals.
* Evaluating the creditworthiness of the applicants as well as the risk involved before loan disbursement.
* Identity opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate deals and close deal.
* Act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and help applicants acquire loans in a truly manner.
* Keep abreast of market trends and competitive activities, maintain current knowledge of construction and contracting industry.
* Determine if the client is loan worthy based on information received such as financial statements, collateral etc.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience from carrying out Loan Processing, disbursement, monitoring, collateral management and loan repayment collection from customers of the company.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a loan officer in the any financial institution ( micro finance included).
* Bsc degree in Finance, Economics , Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
* Age range between 22-32yrs.
