Responsibilities
- Contacting customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings to gather initial requirements
- Solid understanding of Compute, Backup/DR, System, and Microsoft Solutions.
- Understanding of network, wireless, collaboration, and security solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, and partners in your focus area.
- Keep up with the latest OEM product announcements, sales incentives, and programs in your area.
- Support the sales team by prioritizing effort based on the greatest overall impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the Presales Lead or Sales Lead.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses met and unmet customer needs, and recommends solutions that maximize value for both the customer and the organization.

- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to ensure that solution design meets the needs of customers.
- Meets or exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, markets, channels, or teams supported
- proactively seeks out additional business development opportunities within clients Collaborates with sales to ensure that these opportunities are covered and advanced effectively.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction that meet company standards
- Completes required training and development objectives within the time frame specified.
- Builds relationships with customers and global partners, particularly at the C-level, resulting in superior solutions and increased loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.
- To ensure optimal performance, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating a customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and so on.
