Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and consistent Accountant to join our team in the transportation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing balance sheets, and managing profit and loss statements. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow accounting procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.
- Ensure all financial records are in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review.
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
 

Qualifications:
- BSc. in Accounting
- Experience in Transportation, logistics or similar industry is a must.
- 4-5 years of experience in Accounting.
- A Chartered Accountant certification is not compulsory, but would be an advantage.
