Payment Assistant (PA261)

Are you detail-oriented, persuasive, and confident on the phone? We’re looking for a Payment Assistant to join our Risk team and support loan recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Call customers whose loan payments are overdue
* Follow up with customers who have promised to pay on specific dates
* Guide customers on available payment procedures
* Prepare and submit accurate payment reports

 Requirements:
* SSCE / NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc qualification
* 0 – 2 years work experience
* Experience in calling customers (added advantage)
* Must own an Android smartphone
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail
* Good critical thinking skills

 Physical Requirement:
* Must be able to speak clearly and confidently over the phone
