Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations across Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of the Ibadan/Oyo business environment, customer landscape, and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets within the territory.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Oyo market.
* Manage and support distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
* stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Prepare ans submit periodic sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements:
* HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 4-7 years experience in sales and marketing , within the FMCG industry.
* Strong understanding of the Ibadan - Oyo market.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to meet targets and work independently.
