Job Description

Job Summary

  • The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients across land sales, mortgage products, and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage qualified local and diaspora leads.
  • Conduct virtual and physical property presentations.
  • Close high-value real estate transactions.
  • Maintain client relationship management.
  • Handle negotiations and follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and CRM specialists.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, deal pipeline, and market feedback.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
  • Experience in luxury or real estate sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience in sales closing, business development, or high-ticket sales (Banking, Insurance or financial services preferred) with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an added advantage.
