Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • . Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving consistent revenue growth across assigned sectors and territories.
  • . Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to build a strong and sustainable client pipeline.
  • . Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships for repeat business.
  • . Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and account management.
  • . Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and renewals.
  • . Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and enterprise clients.
  • . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and post-sale support for business clients.
  • . Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • . Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals that clearly communicate gamp’s value proposition and ROI.
  • . Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports for management review.
  • . Represent at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and expand the business network.

Requirements

What You Are & Have:

  • Tertiary degree
  • . 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, financial services, or asset leasing sectors
  • . Experience selling to and existing relationships with key business buyers e.g. CFOs, Heads of Procurement, HR and IT Leads
  • . Solid understanding of financial products and risk-based sales, such as device leasing, insurance, or financing
  • . Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • . Proficiency with Excel, CRM tools, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting
  • . Entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • . Collaborative team player who ensures smooth client onboarding and long-term relationship management.
