Parking Coordination: Oversee the proper parking of motorcycles at the end of each day, ensuring all bikes are secured and accessible for riders the following morning.
Charging Supervision: Manage the overnight charging of batteries, ensuring all batteries are fully charged and ready for use the next day.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of battery swaps, usage statistics, and any issues encountered during operations.

Minimum of OND or equivalent.
1-2 years prior experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
