Job summary

We are looking for a highly driven business development lead to expand market presence and drive sales growth across Lagos and beyond. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure our product reaches key retail outlets, distributors, supermarkets, and bulk buyers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Lagos-focused market entry and expansion strategy.
  • Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular market visits to pitch the product, assess competition, and secure shelf placement.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement managers and decision-makers in target supermarkets.
  • Drive sales conversions, follow up on leads, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare weekly reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities in the Lagos market.
  • Represent the brand professionally at meetings, activations, and product demos.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in pitching products physically
  • Familiarity with Lagos retail clusters
  • Target-driven and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
