Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist drivers in connecting and disconnecting vehicles to charging stations
  • Monitor charging sessions to ensure proper operation and safety
  • Provide guidance to customers on charging procedures and usage
  • Inspect charging equipment regularly and report faults or damages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the charging station area
  • Record charging activities, usage data, and customer interactions
  • Handle basic troubleshooting of charging equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate with technical teams for maintenance and repairs

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of electric vehicles and charging systems (training can be provided)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Basic technical or mechanical understanding is an advantage
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • must stay on the island
