Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized Client Relationship Manager to join our real estate/ Construction Subsidiary.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle from initial inquiry and lead generation through CRM systems to property acquisition and post-sale engagement. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients are consistently engaged, well-informed, and supported throughout their home-buying journey.

This role requires someone who is passionate about client satisfaction, strong relationship management, and driving conversions through structured follow-up and effective use of CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture client relationships from initial inquiry through to property purchase and post-sale engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate, track, qualify, and manage leads through the company’s CRM platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to ensure continuous client engagement.
  • Guide clients through the property buying process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate property viewings, consultations, and meetings with the sales team.
  • Monitor pipeline progression and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client retention strategies.
  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Provide regular reports on client engagement, lead status, and conversion performance.
  • Support post-sale engagement to enhance client satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Requirements

Requirements & Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Success, Sales Support, or Real Estate roles.
  • Strong experience using CRM platforms for lead tracking and client management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Experience in the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
