Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to customers to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
• Drive loan product growth with innovative methods.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and re-borrowing

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE, OND, NCE, HND or B.Sc.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Must have formal or informal collection experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and comprehension.
• Tech-savvy and ready to learn, with a willingness to gain experience in CRM software.
• Persuasive, self-driven, and excellent at managing time.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and excellent at time management.

Earnings Potential and Benefits:

• Salary: ₦100,000
• Competitive Commission ：

Average of ₦40,000 (up to ₦120,000) + Weekly Bonus
