Job Description

As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, marketing property listings, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
You will engage prospective clients, present property options, and ensure seamless transaction processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective buyers through networking, site inspections, and referrals
  • Present property listings, conduct site visits, and explain features, pricing, and payment plans
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close property sales effectively
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or OND / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
  • Good knowledge of the Lekki real estate market and property sales processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
