Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Administrative Officer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions while also providing occasional administrative support to management when required. This role is best suited for someone who is well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars when required
  • Handle basic correspondence and internal coordination
  • Support day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any related field
  • 2–4 years experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism at all times
