Job Description

Role Overview

This role focuses on ensuring domestic workers have a smooth onboarding experience and
ongoing support while maintaining high service standards. You will serve as the main point
of contact for domestic workers, guiding them through registration, verification, and active
engagement on the platform.
You will play a key role in maintaining service quality, resolving issues, and building strong
relationships with workers.

Key Responsibilities

  1.  Domestic Worker Onboarding
  • Guide domestic workers through the onboarding and registration process
  • Assist with profile setup, documentation, and required verifications
  • Educate workers on platform policies, standards, and expectations
  • Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time

    2. Domestic worker Support & Relationship Management

  •  Serve as the primary support contact for domestic workers
  • Answer questions about jobs, schedules, payments, and platform use
  •  Provide clear guidance on professional conduct and service quality
  •  Build positive relationships to keep workers engaged and active

   3. Quality & Compliance Monitoring

  • Ensure workers meet platform requirements and service standards
  • Monitor performance feedback and flag issues when necessary
  •  Reinforce policies related to safety, professionalism, and reliability
  •  Escalate serious concerns to management when required

   4. Issue Resolution

  • Handle complaints or concerns from domestic workers calmly and professionally
  •  Mediate basic misunderstandings between workers and clients when needed
  • Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding status and worker profiles

Requirements

 Experience in customer service, support, or client-facing roles
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Patient, empathetic, and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds
 Good organizational skills and attention to detail
 Comfortable using digital tools and platforms

 Experience working with domestic workers, caregivers, or field staff
 Background in operations, HR support, or community management
 Conflict resolution skills
