Job Description

Role Overview

The Marketing & Growth Manager will own the company's  marketing engine. This person will be
responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand
awareness, attract domestic worker/caregivers and employers (care seekers), and directly
drive sales and platform usage.
You will work at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing, and growth,
ensuring all marketing efforts produce measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Growth Planning
 Develop and execute the company's overall marketing and growth strategy
 Define target audience segments (care seekers & caregivers) and messaging
 Plan campaigns aligned with user acquisition and revenue goals
 Set clear KPIs and continuously optimize marketing performance

2. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
 Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok,
etc.)
 Track conversions, leads, and cost per acquisition
 Run A/B tests and optimize creatives, audiences, and funnels
 Improve ROAS while reducing customer acquisition costs

3. Social Media Direction
 Lead the strategy and direction of the company's  social media presence
 Develop content themes, campaign concepts, and posting calendars
 Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
 Use social platforms to drive engagement, trust, and conversions

4. Customer Acquisition & Funnel Development

 Build systems and funnels that consistently attract and convert users
 Improve the journey from awareness to sign-up and payment
 Identify new acquisition channels and partnership opportunities
 Work closely with product and operations to improve conversion rates

5. Sales & Revenue Support
 Align marketing campaigns with revenue and growth targets
 Develop promotions and campaigns that drive platform transactions
 Analyse user behaviour to improve conversion and retention
 Provide regular reports on how marketing contributes to revenue

Requirements

 Proven experience in marketing, growth, or performance marketing
 Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms
 Experience managing customer acquisition campaigns
 Solid understanding of social media strategy and brand direction
 Data-driven with strong analytical skills
 Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have
 Experience in a marketplace, tech startup, or platform business
 Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools
 Copywriting or content creation skills
