Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers, assisting them in selecting perfumes that suit their preferences.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Process customer orders (both in-store and online).
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Assist with stock monitoring and restocking when necessary.

Requirements

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bsc or HND.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or retail is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive, presentable, and sales-driven.
  • Gender: Female.
