Responsibilities:
- Respond pro organization to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in finding the right products, providing detailed information about our luxury bags and accessories.
- Resolve product and service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our service quality.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related softwares.
- Proximity to office location.
: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
