Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Respond pro organization to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- ⁠Assist customers in finding the right products, providing detailed information about our luxury bags and accessories.
- ⁠Resolve product and service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- ⁠Process orders, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies.
- ⁠Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our service quality.
 

Requirements

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales experience.
- ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ⁠Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related softwares.
- ⁠Proximity to office location.
