Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Male Customer Service & Verification Officer with strong knowledge of cars and proven experience in vehicle verification and customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess sales capabilities, with the ability to convert leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough vehicle verification processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Engage with clients professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
  • Follow up on prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and verification targets.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicles and verification processes to clients.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all verification and sales activities.

  • Strong familiarity with cars and vehicle-related processes.
  • Proven experience in successful car verification.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service roles.
