Job Description

Candidate must have experience working in a financial institution as a Business Developer, Sales & Marketing professional or Finance.

We're seeking a results-driven Deposit Mobilization Officer to drive growth and expand our presence. The ideal candidate will have a degree, 2+ years of experience in generating liabilities and fixed deposits, and a proven track record of success in business development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our liabilities and fixed deposits portfolio
  • Major Role is Achieving Targets on Monthly basis and retaining balance of agreed targets for investments.
  • Generate leads for financial products or services.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Performance Management: set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as lead quotas and conversion rates, analyze performance metrics, and report on team results to senior management.
  • Collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Process Improvement: optimize sales processes, implement best practices, and ensure the effective use of sales tools, including CRM and sales engagement software, for tracking and management.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Lead Generation experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on loan & investment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
