We're seeking a results-driven Deposit Mobilization Officer to drive growth and expand our presence. The ideal candidate will have a degree, 2+ years of experience in generating liabilities and fixed deposits, and a proven track record of success in business development and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our liabilities and fixed deposits portfolio
- Major Role is Achieving Targets on Monthly basis and retaining balance of agreed targets for investments.
- Generate leads for financial products or services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Performance Management: set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as lead quotas and conversion rates, analyze performance metrics, and report on team results to senior management.
- Collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead quality, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Process Improvement: optimize sales processes, implement best practices, and ensure the effective use of sales tools, including CRM and sales engagement software, for tracking and management.
