Operations Manager

Manage day to day logistical demands of fleet of waste evacuation trucks, coordinate field operators and liaise and manage community and customers relationship. Monitor and mobilize revenue. Work with operations team to ensure all trucks and equipment are working optimally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• High integrity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
