Digital Media Manager (DMM261)

The Octopus Solution Company is an operations company that powers small businesses to succeed. It manages the operations of multiple small businesses, enabling founders to focus on their core strengths while the company handles structure, systems, and execution. We are hiring a Digital Media Manager to manage social media, content creation, and digital strategy across the company’s portfolio of brands. Strong writing and content skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple brands
• Create and manage content calendars
• Visit brand locations to create content
• Track digital performance and engagement
• Oversee paid search, programmatic ads, and SEO optimization
• Manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and vendors.
• Monitor online reviews, feedback, and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Plan social media, SEO, email, and paid ad campaigns across platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in digital media or digital marketing
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Ability to work with little supervision

Performance Expectations (First 3 Months):

• Clear understanding of digital needs across brands
• Social media strategies developed
• Content calendars created and implemented

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to NGN 200,000 
• HMO

Work Mode: Hybrid (1 office day, 2 field days, 2 remote days)
