FIELD RECOVERY OFFICER (FRO261)

We are urgently hiring experienced,agile and  high-performing Field Loan Recovery Officers to join our growing operations team.

 ROLE OVERVIEW :
 

As a Loan Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for the following tasks below

•Drive strategic repayment collections plans with strong focus on customer retention and portfolio health.

•Conduct regular field visits to recover overdue loan repayments from borrowers.

•Engage defaulting customers professionally and tactfully to ensure loan recovery.

•Investigate and verify delinquent accounts through borrower interviews and guarantor follow-ups.

•Liaise with the internal collections and legal team to escalate high-risk accounts.

•Maintain accurate and timely recovery reports and case logs.
 

REQUIREMENTS:

•Proven experience in field loan recovery at a microfinance bank, lending startup, or financial institution.

• Must be proactive ,street-smart, resilient, and have a result-driven attitude.

•Familiarity with Lagos informal markets and borrower behavior is an added advantage

-150,000 basic monthly
-Transport Allowance (YES)
-Commisisons (YES)
Any other additions is based on your performance
