Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential customers in assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients (e.g., distributors, retailers, manufacturers using plastic products).
• Drive sales of plastic products (e.g., packaging, household items, industrial plastics).
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Market intelligence and reporting on competitors/territory trends.
Key Qualification / Experience Required:
• Must have good sales experience in the plastics industry (plastic manufacturing firm preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales experience in plastics, FMCG, or pharma.
• Educational background often includes BA/BSc/HND typically in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to handle field work (travel, market visits, B2B sales to distributors/retailers).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge skills.
