Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Officer to manage and oversee our company’s fleet operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fleet management within the real estate or construction sector, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s fleet
  • Ensure all vehicles are serviced, insured, and compliant with regulations
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, repairs, and expenses
  • Coordinate vehicle allocation to project sites and staff
  • Manage driver schedules, performance, and safety compliance
  • Negotiate with vendors for repairs, parts, and fleet services
  • Implement fleet management policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fleet management, preferably in real estate or construction
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and logistics
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
