Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Support staff with various administrative duties as required.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in front desk, administrative, or similar roles.
  • Must be a female (for gender balance).
  • Ability to read and write proficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Residing within Apo, Durumi, Area 1 to 11, or environs is a significant advantage.
