Job Summary 

• We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to join our premium salon in Lekki, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate must be confident, professional, and capable of delivering an excellent client experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
• Handle phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
• Maintain client records and update appointment logs
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills and experience managing bookings
• Must be reliable, proactive and punctual
• Experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
