Job Description

A leading trading and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Corporate Sales to lead business growth, revenue generation, and strategic client acquisition across key sectors including FMCG, Oil & Gas, Banking, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Corporate Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • . Lead and manage the corporate sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • . Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
  • . Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
  • . Drive customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion initiatives.
  • . Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • . Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • . Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • . Mentor and develop high-performing sales teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • . Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales leadership and 4 years in a senior sales management role.
  • . Strong B2B sales and business development background.
  • . Existing relationships within FMCG, Oil & Gas, Banking & Finance, Hospitality, or related sectors.
  • . Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • . Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage.
