The Role:
We need a hands-on Growth Strategist. You will own the entire marketing and digital sales funnel, from high-level strategy to daily ad execution. This is for an executor, not just a manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Revenue: Manage and grow all physical marketing strategies, online sales and digital channels.
* Ad Mastery: Run and optimize high-conversion ad campaigns.
* Execution: Create growth strategies and implement them personally.
* Digital Ops: Manage website updates and create basic graphics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing/Growth.
* Expert at running/scaling ads and analyzing data.
* Technical skills in website management and basic design.
* Results-obsessed and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Degree holder
