Job Description

Role Summary
We seek an experienced detail-oriented Inventory Manager to take full ownership of stock control across both our cosmetics store and bakery. You will track all materials in/out, maintain accurate sales records, handle procurement, and support debt account receivables to ensure smooth operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Stock Management: Conduct daily stock counts and maintain real-time records of all raw materials, finished goods, and packaging for both stores.  
  • Sales Tracking: Reconcile daily sales with available stock, record variances, and generate weekly inventory/sales reports  
  • Procurement: Raise LPOs, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
  • Debt Recovery: Monitor customer credit sales, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain debtor records  
  • Loss Prevention: Investigate stock discrepancies, wastage, or shrinkage and implement controls  
  • Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, and adherence to store standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with store supervisors, operation and sales staff to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.

Requirements

Requirements  
• 3+ years in inventory/stock control, preferably in retail, FMCG, or food & beverage.
• OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, QuickBooks and other ecommerce/ inventory software
• High integrity, strong numerical skills, attention to detail.
