Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cook to join our restaurant kitchen team.
• The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and cooking meals according to our menu and standards while maintaining cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
• This position is suitable for both experienced cooks and individuals with basic cooking knowledge who are willing to learn.
• This position is urgently needed

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu and instructions
• Assist with food preparation, chopping, seasoning, and portioning
• Ensure food is prepared on time and served fresh
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Follow food safety and health regulations
• Store food properly and check for freshness
• Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Basic cooking knowledge or previous kitchen experience (an advantage but not compulsory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety
• Ability to follow simple recipes
• Time management and attention to detail.
