Core Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily lounge activities, including setup, service flow, and closing procedures.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure premium guest experiences, handling guest feedback and complaints promptly.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring high professionalism.
  • Financial & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of beverages and supplies, manage vendor relationships, and control costs.
  • Marketing & Events: Drive revenue through event planning, promotions, and themed nights. Effective go getter

Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: Usually 3–5 years in hospitality management, with preference for upscale lounge bar experience.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends).
