Marketer (M261)

Job Summary:
The Marketer will be responsible for promoting Tranquil and Quest Behavioural Health services, increasing brand awareness, driving patient/client engagement, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, professionalism, and sensitivity when dealing with mental and behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote behavioral and mental health services
*Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, website content)
*Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations
*Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, organizations, and communities
*Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and patient needs
*Organize and represent the organization at outreach programs, events, and awareness campaigns
*Track and report marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
*Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare and ethical standards

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
*Proven experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or service-based organizations.
*Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
*Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
*Creative thinking with strong organizational skills.
