About the Role

• We are seeking dynamic, persuasive, and results-driven Marketers Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for actively engaging prospective customers, promoting the company’s products/services, and converting leads into paying clients.
• This role is best suited for individuals who are confident, target-oriented, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers to promote company products/services.
• Actively engage with potential clients, both physically and through digital channels.
• Present and explain product offerings clearly to drive sales conversions.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of sales.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc, HND, or OND in any relevant field with 1-2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in using an iPhone.
• Proven sales experience is an added advantage; however, fresh graduates with a strong, positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
• Commission: N20,000 per successful customer conversion.
• Transport allowance etc.
