Key Responsibilities:
▪️Client Acquisition & Marketing
▪️Generate new clients for home care and domiciliary services.
▪️Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into active clients.
▪️Educate prospective clients and families on available care services and packages.
▪️Maintain a structured client and lead database to track potential and current clients.
Partnerships & Referrals:
Build and manage referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector and community.
Maintain ongoing communication with partners to drive referrals and business growth.
Client Engagement & Support:
Attend initial client meetings and home visits (non-clinical) to assess their needs.
Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with operations and care teams to ensure smooth integration.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, assessments, and visits.
Ensure a positive first experience for clients and families, fostering long-term relationships.
Reporting & Collaboration
Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to track lead generation and conversions.
Collaborate closely with management and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Track leads, conversions, and client retention metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications:
▪️Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
▪️2–5 years of experience in service-based marketing or business development.
▪️Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, real estate, hospitality, or NGO marketing is an advantage.
