Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Platform Operation & Management: Fully responsible for the daily operation of majorsocial media platforms (TiktokFacebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X) tailored to the Nigerian market. This includes content publishing, fan interaction, public opinion monitoring and analysis (focusing on Nigerian local public opinion), formulating and implementing platform operation strategies that align with Nigerian user preferences, and enhancing brand visibility and user engagement in the Nigerian market.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Independently complete copywriting for localsocial media platforms, create attractive promotional copy combined with platform characteristics and Nigerian user needs; proficiently use video editing software to complete short video editing and post-production, and create high-quality video content suitable for Nigerian audiences; possess graphic design capabilities, independently complete the design of posters, pictures and other visual materials that conform to Nigerian aesthetic habits, ensure high-quality presentation of content in both vision and copywriting, and improve user conversion rate in the Nigerian market.
  • Data Monitoring & Analysis: Regularly collect, sort out and analyze the operation data of each platform in the Nigerian market, such as fan growth, interaction rate, click-through rate, etc. Optimize operation strategies and content directions based on data analysis results, formulate effective promotion plans suitable for the Nigerian market, and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Nigerian Market Research: In-depth research on the dynamics of Nigeria's social media market, local user behavior habits and competitors' situation, timely grasp industry trends in Nigeria, and provide data support and feasible suggestions for the company's marketing strategies in the Nigerian market.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, productand other departments to jointly formulate promotion plans that meet the needs of the Nigerian market, and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of brand information transmission in Nigeria.

Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Marketing, Journalism and Communication, English or related fields is preferred. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English; able to fluently create copywriting and communicate in English.
  • 3-5 years or more of experience in social media operation in the Nigerian market, familiar with the rules and operation models of Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter/X in Nigeria, and candidates with successful social media promotion cases in the Nigerian market are preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, able to create attractive copywriting according to the style of different platforms and the characteristics of Nigerian audiences; proficient in short video editing software such as Premiere, familiar with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, and able to independently complete the production and optimization of videos and pictures suitable for the Nigerian market.
  • Sensitive to data, with strong data analysis ability, able to find problems through data and put forward optimization schemes suitable for the Nigerian market; good market insight and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to changes in Nigeria's social media market.
  • Good team spirit, communication skills and execution ability, able to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced working environment in Nigeria.
