Job Description

Overview of the Role:
Join our team as an HR Manager, overseeing comprehensive talent management to attract, develop, and retain top performers across the organization. You'll drive strategic business partnerships by aligning HR initiatives with company goals, fostering growth, and enhancing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations through conflict resolution, performance support, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll also handle compensation and benefits programs, designing competitive packages, conducting salary benchmarking, and ensuring employee satisfaction with perks like health insurance and retirement plans. Additionally, you'll lead HR operations and compliance, streamlining processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and adherence to regulatory standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can implement data-driven strategies to boost engagement and productivity. 

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a relevant HR professional certification, such as SHRM-CP, CIPM, or equivalent.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in Nigeria and beyond.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management, building relationships with executives, employees, and external partners.
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), advanced problem-solving abilities, and expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and analytics for reporting and decision-making is highly desirable.
