One of Africa’s leading e-delivery platforms is looking for a strategic, commercially driven Zonal Manager to own and scale operations within a key zone.

This role is essentially been the CEO of your zone — responsible for growth strategy, operational excellence, financial performance (P&L), vendor management, and team leadership.

Key Requirements
● Strong background in Operations, Strategy and Finance
● Innovative and be able to come up with strategies to achieve business objectives within his Zone 
● Strong Leadership skills as he/she would be expected to lead the team comprising of an assistant zonal manager and operation associates. 
● Strong financial acumen to be able to manage budget performance in his/her Zone 
● Operational and strategic management experience within fast-growing, execution-driven environments( E-commerce, ;Logistics, Fintech, Banking or other market - place environments) 

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ management experience in E-commerce, Mobility, Logistics, Fintech, Banking, or marketplace businesses
- Experience across at least two of these industries
- MBA, Master’s, or STEM degree (required)
- Strong strategy creation, data-driven mindset & P&L ownership
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

 N1,500,000 - N3,000,000 Net/Month plus additional benefits
