poultry farm manager

1. oversee daily layer and broiler production
2. manage brooding, rearing, laying, and broiler production cycles 
3. enforce strict bio security, vaccination schedules, and disease control measures
4. coordinate with veterinarians to ensure timely treatment of sick birds
5. supervise poultry attendants and cold room staff, assign duties and enforce descipline 
6. oversee egg collection, grading, storing and dispatch
7. monitor cold room temperature, hygiene, power supply and fuel usage 
8. maintain accurate records of poultry production, cold room stock, mortality, medication and sales.
9. ensure cleanliness of all pens , processing areas and equipment
10. identify challenges and prevention methods
11. monitor water supply, lighting, ventilation and power
