The Project Engineer (Electrical) will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems and engineering solutions within the organization.
The successful candidate will support project execution, ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations, and provide technical expertise across engineering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, implement, and improve facilities, components, equipment, products, and systems for industrial, commercial, and domestic purposes.
Perform engineering tasks using computer-assisted design and engineering software.
Collaborate with customers, engineers, and stakeholders on engineering projects and solutions.
Prepare systems specifications, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
Carry out engineering calculations to establish construction, manufacturing, and installation standards.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
Coordinate installation, maintenance, manufacturing, construction, and testing activities.
Write technical reports and compile data relating to engineering projects and studies.
Prepare specifications for procurement of engineering materials and equipment.
Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and asset reliability activities.
Work closely with technicians, project teams, designers, and quality control teams.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 years relevant engineering experience.
Strong understanding of engineering practices, design standards, procedures, and specifications.
Knowledge of international engineering codes and ANSI standards.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and simulation tools.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple engineering tasks effectively.
